Weekend in Kabba...

Another escape to Kabba this weekend (yahoo!) Started with an Irish party thursday night - we Irish in Nigeria are a growing group! The house filled up alot on Friday and we ended up as a big gang of over 30 for the weekend.
It was a particularly busy weekend cos Ronan, one of the Irish volunteers, is finishing up his 2 years in Nigeria soon and this was his farewell weekend. Noel and Leo had their annual thank you bash for their neighbours and friends Friday night which was great. On Saturday there was hill climbing, crazy golf, treasure hunting, granny racing and granny wrestling. As the day went on the activities became a touch more spontaneous... but absolutely no grannies were harmed... gotta love these trips to Kabba...
The only sad bit of the weekend were the frequent references to everyone's favourite *missing* Canadian barmaid - the service just wasnt the same!
